An exciting story that 28 million years ago a comet struck the Sahara and left 6000 square km littered with yellow silica glass and microscopic diamonds.   Tutankhamen's jeweller carved a scarab out of one magnificent piece. This is the first comet impact site ever verified and opens an affordable door to research the early days of the solar system.  No space ship had to collect samples.
